Our target is to revolutionize the current travel industry - To ensure that the process of traveling should be comfortable(for your mind, body and wallet) starting from the process of planning it.

How are you different from existing travel services agencies/websites?

We listen to what you want for your holiday and then set out to help you achieve this with the budget you allocated. Unlike existing travel services, where you pay more to get more...we help you pay less and get more.

Does Virgo Vacation own a physical shop?
No. To be able to offer our exclusive prices, we have to maintain our operations at low cost. Even this online platform is free!

Do you have operations worldwide?
For the time being, we are only able to offer travel services to Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan. We are consistently working the inclusions of other countries, do check with us.

How do i start?
Simply send us a consultation request. You may be pleased to know that consultation is free and you are under no obligations to book from us.

How soon can i expect a response?
Unless in special circumstances, all requests will typically receive a response in 24-48 hours.

I have the holiday in mind but i feel it's definitely way over my budget, what can i do?
Let us know, you may eventually find out that it's is not impossible.

I am satisfied with the consultation and would like to go ahead with the booking. What should i do?
Simply let us know and we will advise you personally on the next step.

How do i pay for the trip? Am i entitled to a receipt?
We accept payments by meet-ups(subjected to our convenience), ATM bank transfer, i-Banking and cheques. We will provide you with all necessary information/documentation that confirms your booking.

Due to certain reasons, i am unable to proceed with the trip i paid for. What should i do?
It is advisable that you let us know as soon as possible. Upon successful cancellation, we will be able to refund up to 90% of what you paid.
